Quick answer
The 2027 route has two stages near Uzès. Stage 13, on Friday 16 July, runs 164 km from Aubenas to Montpellier through Saint-Ambroix, Alès, Anduze and Quissac; Alès is 32 minutes from Uzès and Anduze 40. Stage 14, on Saturday 17 July, runs 199 km from Montpellier to Mende past the Cirque de Navacelles, which is 1 h 48 from Uzès. The timetable and the road closures were not published when we looked, so check letour.fr and the local notices before you plan around a passage.
Good for: planning a July trip around a stage, and choosing a base that is a day trip from both.
Not for: exact times: none were published, and the kilometre marks come from route sites, not the organiser.
For the places on the route see the Alès guide, the Anduze guide and the Navacelles guide; for July in general, the Rencontres d'Arles page, the Avignon Festival page and what's on; for the heat that week, the summer-heat guide.

Roads, times and heat
We found no timetable and no road-closure plan, so we give none. As for any stage, expect the roads on the route to be closed to traffic around the passage; the organiser's site and the notices of the towns on the route are the places to look as the date comes closer. Mid-July is hot: see the summer-heat guide for the fire levels (a stage over a massif can coincide with a red day) and for the advice to stay out of the sun from 12:00 to 16:00.
Staying
One base, several Julys
La Valette is 5 minutes from Uzès, so Alès is about 37 minutes away and Anduze about 45 by our figures from Uzès. July 2027 is crowded with dates: the Rencontres d'Arles open on 5 July (the Rencontres d'Arles page), the Avignon Festival runs through the month (the Avignon Festival page), and the Nuits Musicales d'Uzès are listed for 17 to 28 July (expected). Book early for those weeks; availability and booking are on this site, with no platform fees.
Frequently asked
The Tour near Uzès
Not by the route reports we found: stage 13 passes Alès, Anduze and Quissac, and stage 14 starts in Montpellier and passes the Cirque de Navacelles. Uzès is not named.
No time of passage was published when we looked. The organiser's site will carry the timetable closer to the date, and the towns on the route usually post their own notices.
We found no closure plan, so we cannot say. The cirque is 1 h 48 from Uzès even on a normal day, so on 17 July plan another destination unless the notices say the roads are open.
For stage 13, yes: Alès is 32 minutes and Anduze 40 from Uzès. For stage 14 the passes are far, so choose a place nearer the route. July is busy here anyway, so book early.
