The nearest airport is Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes (FNI), 35 minutes by car from La Valette Boutique. It is served by Ryanair from London Luton, Liverpool, Manchester and Edinburgh. Montpellier (55 min) and Marseille (1h20) are also practical options.

La Valette Boutique is 4 km and 5 minutes south of Uzès town centre by car, in the village of Sanilhac-Sagriès, Gard.

There is no reliable public transport connection to La Valette Boutique. A car is strongly recommended. The nearest TGV station is Nîmes (30 min), and car hire is available there.

Private guest parking is available nearby, at 3 Impasse des Aires, 30700 Sanilhac-Sagriès. Please avoid blocking neighbouring access.

La Valette Boutique is approximately 740 km and 5 hours from Paris by car via the A7/A9 motorway. By TGV from Paris Gare de Lyon to Nîmes takes about 2h45, then 30 minutes by car.

When you make a booking through Lodgify, Lodgify collects and processes the information required to manage your reservation, including your name, email address, phone number, home address, arrival and departure dates, and any special requests you provide.

Payment data is processed securely by Lodgify and its payment partners. La Valette Boutique does not collect, see, or store your payment card details.

3. Why we process your data

The booking and guest information processed through Lodgify is used to manage your reservation, communicate with you before and during your stay, provide booking confirmations and payment receipts, and comply with applicable legal obligations, including tax records and tourist tax registration.

4. Who we share data with

Lodgify processes your booking and payment information as our booking and payment platform. Payment processing may involve Lodgify's payment partners, such as Stripe or PayPal.

We may provide information to local authorities where legally required, including for French tourist tax registration.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Retention

Booking and related financial records are retained for the period required to comply with applicable tax and legal obligations.

Marketing communications are only sent if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing where applicable.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.

50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Bookings and payments are processed securely through Lodgify, our booking and payment platform.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 17:00.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Early arrival or late departure may be available on request but is not guaranteed.

3. Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled before the arrival date, 25% of the prepaid amount is refunded.

No refund is available once the stay has begun.

4. Damage & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for all damage caused during their stay, whether through negligence, misuse, or failure to follow house rules.

Immediate reporting requirement: If anything is not working, broken, or damaged, please report it directly to Charlotte Casanas during your stay, not after check-out. Any damage reported after departure will still be assessed and the costs charged accordingly.

A security deposit pre-authorization of 50% is held 1 day before arrival and voided 1 day after departure.

We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for repair costs, replacement, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. Where costs exceed the security deposit, the guest remains liable for the outstanding amount. Where possible, please provide a description and photos when reporting damage.

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the apartments.

No parties or events without prior agreement.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours.

No pets.

The maximum number of guests permitted for the booked accommodation must not be exceeded.

6. Pets

Pets are not accepted at La Valette Boutique.

This policy ensures that the property and furnishings remain in good condition for all guests.

7. Children

Children aged 0–2 years are welcome.

Both apartments have a foldable travel cot available, including mattress, pillow and linen.

8. Tourist Tax

French tourist tax ("taxe de séjour") is included in the total amount paid at the time of booking.

It is therefore not collected separately on arrival.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, or similar events.

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or refund where possible.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law.

Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Nîmes, France.
