1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after full payment or the agreed deposit is received. Payment is processed through Lodgify's secure payment gateway.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 10:00. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request and is not guaranteed.

3. Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before arrival: full refund minus €50 administrative fee.
30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

4. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A security deposit may be pre-authorised on your card and released after check-out pending inspection.

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the apartments. No parties or events without prior agreement. Quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours. Maximum guest numbers per apartment must not be exceeded.

6. Pets

Small, well-behaved pets may be accepted on request. Additional cleaning fee may apply. Please mention at booking.

7. Children

La Grande Valette: up to 2 children (under 5 stay free). La Maison: up to 4 children. La Petite Valette: adults only (2 guests maximum).

8. Tourist Tax

French tourist tax ("taxe de séjour") is charged per adult per night according to current regional rates and collected on arrival.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, etc.). In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or refund where possible.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Nîmes, France.
